Big Change
Well, for me anyway. I guess I always knew I was a woman but now with surgery...
No.
I've decided to leave "some radio station where I work" for a new position as Senior Reporter and back up host at Weekend America. I'll still be based in Seattle. We're not moving. The new job is going to be a fantastic opportunity but not altogether brand new since I've been working on that show for the past few years. Still, it's going to be hard to leave some radio station where I work (okay, KUOW!, there! I said it!), which has been a great place to be for the past five years.

Does this mean we've missed our chance to record "Chicken Starship Live at Montlake" at the KUOW studios, or did you negotiate that as a part of the deal?
Thank you for not moving to Chicago or Minnesota. I'll miss hearing your voice popping out at me from my radio throughout the week. I'll always remember the first time I heard your voice coming out of the radio. I was getting out of the shower and it was mighty confusing. I grabbed for a bathrobe. What John Moe doing in my apartment? Unannounced, even!

Wow. I'll miss you. The Works really sucks when you have subs, now it will suck all the time. Bummer, but congratulations.
