It was minus 8 when I woke up today
Which means that Monkey Disaster is now a St Paul based publication.
Many details to follow, including sale of the house.
Hey, look on the bright side--when I moved from TX to MI in January (because I hated myself) I lost about 15 pounds in the first month. It was all the walking outside--I sure sped up! And when I got inside I was too cold to make hot chocolate with marshmallows since I couldn't do it while huddling under a down comforter.
Seattle misses you already... but having lived in cold places before, I can tell you that minus 8 only makes the spring that much sweeter when it arrives. All the best on your new adventures!
Trying to wrap my mind around minus eight, but I can't quite fathom it. I imagine going outside and having your words freeze in the air as you speak them. (Actually, that would be kind of cool.)
